While playing with windows sound recorder I managed to splice up a sample off
of Gak and do a sort of sound recorder remix. It actually turned out pretty
good epecially considering the ONLY thing I used was pieces of the sample
that I tweaked up and pasted to create something totally different. If you
want me to send it to you it's a zip file that takes about 7 min. to
download. I really want people to hear this! The only thing I used to create
it was the short Gak sample off of the hyperreal Richard D James site and I
think it's pretty impressive considering all I had to deal with was the
ordinary windows sound recorder. Remember, I didn't add ANY sounds of my own,
every sound in the file is a piece of the original file either sped up or
played backward, or something like that. If you want me to send it to you
email me at either Analog000@aol.com or PhlapHead@aol.com I'd really like
to show off this make shift sampling I did. Thanks.
